Amazing work! The surveyor clearly explained the issues, where it was an issue and more importantly where it wasn’t (some big areas another company told us was an issue and quoted a lot of money for!). The quote was really competitive and after accepting it they were able to fit us in really quickly. The 3 guys who turned up to do the work were brilliant. Great lads, talked me through all the steps and kept me updated throughout. They even fixed my loose paving stone for me whilst I was out at the gym!! Left the house clean and tidy and the walks look great. Thanks!

We had a damp investigation done by Drivault, arranging a time for it was easy and the survey was carried out on time as well. We were told what the issue was, received great advice, even more information than expected. This was a great experience, we can highly recommend Drivault if you have issues with damp or mould.

Drivault were responsive and able to come quickly to assess the problem and how it could be fixed. Damon talked through his findings and the proposed plan well and was responsive to questions and concerns. Works were scheduled in quickly and completed to agreed timescales. Jamie and Finn did a great job, turned up on time clean, tidy, very considerate and able to work around what is happening in the house

The damp survey was carried out in a professional manner and a report/quote provided within an acceptable timeframe. Due to the List 1 status of the building, consideration is being given as to how best to proceed - this is likely to take a few weeks and a requote is likely to be required.

Excellent experience in some much needed rising damp control. Elliott was very clear and helpful when making thew initial visit. Quote followed quickly after followed by good communication regarding the work being carried out. Jamie and Finn turned up on the dot to carry out the work. They had to return the following day to finish off which they did extremely professionally. All in all and excellent experience that I would highly recommend
