Mel (Dr Locks) changed many of our internal and external locks at our local Parish Church in York last year, following an incident. She was excellent and we have subsequently used Dr Locks again. Mel was very quick, easy and efficient to deal with, advised us very helpfully, was professional, friendly and approachable and did an excellent job for us. We wouldn’t (& haven’t) hesitate in using her again, and would definitely recommend her and her company.

Mel recommended her friend/colleague Dave and he was absolutely brilliant. Explained everything and gave me a range of products to choose from. Also showed me how easy it would be to break into the house with the existing old locks which was scary but replacing them gave me great peace of mind! Always hesistant to let tradesmen into my home as a young female, hence calling Mel, but he was brilliant and so professional. 3 doors and 2 window locks replaced. Thanks for the recommendation Mel!

Literally a lifesaver! Recognised the emergency situation immediately and sent an operative to gain entry to my brother's house within 15 minutes. Am certain this swift intervention helped save a life.
