Cut back decking and brick wall
The job was completed to a very high standard and to the agreed timescale and price. All the different elements of the job were completed to a very high standard and to the agreed timescale and price. Requested to visit for a quote, made outrageous claim in order to get the job
This business contacted me on the back of a request I put out. I arranged with him to visit one of my properties that had a tenant with 2 young kids. He was suppose to review and provide a quote. First, he only sent a quote via text and next he told the young mother that he "thought" there was asbestos in the ceiling with no evidence despite telling him there was no such thing as the ceiling was replaced within the last 10 years. In the end, had to pay a firm to run test for asbestos which confirmed what I already knew...there was no asbestos. Hello, the consumer are making false statement because he want to negotiate the quote was me and I refused because there was more work to be done than the job he advertised in checkatrade,I never asked or said anything about Asbestos , the tenant asked me if the ceiling was made of Asbestos because she is worried about it as she has little kids , and I asked her to ask the landlord as he is the only one can confirm it for her , and she said she will ask him to check and confirm,I haven't said anything to the tenant a bout Asbestos, the landlord is making false statement , because he wasn't happy with my fair quotation.
