Before install Jordan kept in regular contact provided lots of easy to understand information including a complete breakdown of costs. No pressure to accept quote whatsoever. Day of install - Jordan and the other gentleman worked quickly and understood my animals needed to be made safe prior to and during install which my cat completely didn't understand thankfully Jordan kept him safe Post work - my carpet was being replaced the next day so tidy up wasn't really required however he hoovered and wiped surfaces of dust Highly recommended
