  Denis did a great job fitting a neq roof for our garage and helping to dispose the old asbestos roof using the free service by the council. Everything took less than a week. Thank you very much!

  Exterior maintenance including guttering repair

  All work was carried out very quickly and communicating was clear at all times. Before any work was started, I was clear as to what was required and discussions were had as to the options available, dependent on price point- we were fairly price sensitive. Denis went above and beyond.

  Timber frame, fibreglass roof, roof lantern , pitched roof repairs, guttering, new ceiling

  We cannot recommend this company highly enough. Denis is an extremely competent, multi-talented craftsman who works extremely hard and clearly gets job satisfaction from doing things well. He tackled all our jobs from completely rebuilding our flat roof with very accurate timber joints and installing a roof lantern, to insulating, plaster boarding and plastering the ceiling of our garden room and repairing our pitched roofs . In addition Denis upgraded our guttering, put some elegant lead work in place and kept the site immaculate. He was a pleasure to have around and the job was well priced.

  Stripping, and reinstallation of a small slate roof.

  Denis and his colleague stripped and reinstalled the entire roof, including all the timbers, slates and lead flashing. Denis kept me fully informed about the work. He was prepared to work at the weekend, as I wanted the work done at quite short notice. All the work was carried out to a high standard, and in good time (over a couple of days). I will recommend him to friends and neighbours.

  Replacing Roof Tiles

  Denis supplied and fitted some roof tiles to replace broken ones (broken during some work we had prior, not Denis). Communication with Denis was great and he came on the agreed day and time. Price was good for the tiles and completed work Will definitely use again.

  New battens and breathable roof felt

  Denis is a good communicator and the quality of the work done was decent. There were a few delays, not helped by storm Darragh in particular, as well as rain which can’t be helped, but now it’s all done we’re happy.
