James was extremely responsive from start to finish, in terms of attending to provide the quote, to the completed job. He is very approachable and a hard worker. He kept us updated throughout, as well as keeping the place tidy at the end of each day. I will have no hesitation in calling him back to do plumbing work in the future.

Our experience of having any previous involvement with tradesmen is minimal so had a few quotes before deciding to go with DRT plumbing and heating. James wasn’t the cheapest but we felt he understood exactly what we wanted and answered our endless questions. Communication was great. James completed the job within the time scale given and the areas were cleaned at the end of each day. We decided to get this installed at the end of winter!!! We had one night with no heating but did have hot water…. James offered to get us electric heaters which we declined. I would definitely recommend DHT P&H

The work was carried out extremely efficiently by an engineer who had the experience and knowledge of combi boilers. I would recommend James every time for any heating and plumbing works.

James came to my property to fit a new water tank and then change your switch. It was a great job really friendly very amenable. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely went above and beyond in my opinion very clean very tidy. Very quick to respond to phone calls and messages. Very, very pleased
