Our experience of having any previous involvement with tradesmen is minimal so had a few quotes before deciding to go with DRT plumbing and heating. James wasn’t the cheapest but we felt he understood exactly what we wanted and answered our endless questions. Communication was great. James completed the job within the time scale given and the areas were cleaned at the end of each day. We decided to get this installed at the end of winter!!! We had one night with no heating but did have hot water…. James offered to get us electric heaters which we declined. I would definitely recommend DHT P&H

The work was carried out extremely efficiently by an engineer who had the experience and knowledge of combi boilers. I would recommend James every time for any heating and plumbing works.

James came to my property to fit a new water tank and then change your switch. It was a great job really friendly very amenable. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely went above and beyond in my opinion very clean very tidy. Very quick to respond to phone calls and messages. Very, very pleased

Arriving on time, working in a tidy considerate manner, completing the job in a timely manner while providing updates along the way and leaving our house in a clean state. James called me within 10 minutes of me requesting a plumber. He came out the same day, he identified the problem. He managed to do a temporary fix so we had heat and hot water. James ordered the parts and came back less than 48 hours later to fit and check everything was working before he left. I’m so impressed with James, he is an honest, reliable and hard-working tradesman. I would highly recommend him. I will definitely use him again and I’ve added him to my list of trades people at work.
