Explained exactly what the work would entail, how it was going to be done with no fuss or jargon. Refreshing to have someone who actually did what they said they were going to do. I'm so pleased with the work carried out and the quality of the parts used, I'm going to be using DRT services for further work to our property. Very meticulous worker. We agreed his new design for the decking which was very unusual and attractive. He was careful to work within budget and kept me informed at all stages of what materials he was using and where they were sourced. He was careful about health and safety with ear protection, goggles, masks etc when sawing the wood. A hard worker who left the final decking in an immaculate condition.
