  Fantastic service from Ken. He took the time to properly diagnose the problem and was extremely knowledgeable. The service was excellent value for money, and he was friendly and helpful throughout. He also shared great tips for maintaining my dishwasher and washing machine, and even gave me a good recipe to try! Thanks very much, Ken, brilliant service.

  Diagnosed issue quick and repaired quick when part was available. Communication with their office was not great. Owner apologised several times which was acceptable.

  Robbie was able to attend the same afternoon I called. He sourced and installed my new machine the very next day and also removed my old one for me. Fast, efficient and friendly.

  Washing machine repair

  I spoke with the trade who asked me the make and model of the machine which I sent via WhatsApp. The engineer came out and I was lucky if he was in the house longer than 5 minutes only to be told it couldn't be repaired and was charged £75 for this brief experience. We called this morning for a second opinion and was told over the phone that it was unrepairable after he gave the guy the make and model of the machine. I feel disappointed in the £75 call out charge, as they would have known beforehand of the make and model of my machine.

  Fridge-freezer bleeping

  It seemed that there was a build-up of ice on the back wall of the freezer. He advised me to switch off the appliance at the mains for 48 hours. This I have now done (after eating most of what was left in the freezer!): the ice has gone, so fingers crossed. He was very helpful.
