Jake was efficient, reliable, patient and highly knowledgeable throughout the whole job. What initially seemed straightforward turned out to be far more challenging than anticipated, but he stayed calm, professional and solution-focused from start to finish. He kept us informed every step of the way, clearly explaining the options so we could make the right decisions with confidence. The quality of work and communication were excellent throughout. Would 100% recommend and would happily use again in the future.

Great advice from Jake when coming to quote for the job and quoted a good price for the work compared to some wild quotes that I got alongside it. Jake was quick to book a date in with me for the work and completed on time and left our kitchen in a good clean (well as clean as it could be after major works) - would definitely recommend - honest, reliable

Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Took the time to answer any questions we had. Explained the damp proof course and what it entails. Jake also applied some mould cleaning to the bedroom walls. Highly recommend.

We were very happy with the work that Jake did. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. He was punctual, polite and cleared up well afterwards. It was also very good value. A few years ago I had someone else in to sort out our damp problem, but the damp was back the next year and Jake explained what the other person did wrong and why it wouldn't have worked. We are very pleased we chose Jake this time.
