I recently had a Homebuyers Damp and Timber Survey carried out by Drylogic on a property I am in the process of purchasing. Honest and reliable
Very impressed with DryLogic Surveys. They carried out a damp survey and identified that a blocked cavity wall was bridging the DPC and causing the issue. They explained everything clearly, quoted a fair price for the remedial work, and even deducted the survey fee from the cost. The work was completed professionally, communication was excellent throughout, and they even showed me inside the cavity once it had been opened up so I could see the problem for myself. Condensation problem in my house
