Suspension repairs
Excellent service, fast quote £500 cheaper than the main dealer. Very prompt, highly reliable and professional. Clearly explained the work needed and even showed the parts parts he had replaced.
Water leak in engine
The gentleman arrived and after telling him about the problem he sprang into action and found the fault within a short space of time. He was able to fix the problem and left no stone unturned until he was satisfied the car was safe and good to go. I was very happy and would recommended him to anyone.
Fiat starter motor
Communication good, turned up with correct parts, carried put the work in the rain without complaint. Car started well once new starter installed. Would highly recommend. Cost was exactly as quote.
Power Steering Pump Pulley Failed.
Van steering went on Friday 7th July, had the AA tow me home 5 hours later, AA sucks, did the checkatrade for mobile mechanic on saturday and DS-Autos came top of list, checked his reviews and loooked good to me, filled the online form and posted, Danny accepted the job, Monday Danny came and looked, Tuesday gave me the price to complete the repair, had to wait rest of week for the parts, following Monday Danny completed the work in 3 hours and van is good as new. Recommend Danny anytime, answers all your questions, keeps you up to date wants going on and a genuine nice guy.
MOT and repairs.
Car picked up early and taken for MOT. Danny advised me of the work that needed to be done to pass MOT and gave me a quote. Work carried out MOT issued and car returned to me at dinner time. The price was as quoted. Superb service carried out by a knowledgeable and friendly mechanic, would recommend DS Autos without hesitation
New brackets fitted
Dan’s work has been fantastic. His knowledge of mechanics is very good. Unlike other mechanics Danni is happy to have a conversation about what he is doing… how to find nowadays. I would definitely recommend Dan to anybody who is looking for a mobile mechanic. I will continue to use him in the future for both my personal vehicle and company car.

Had a power failure that triggered multiple warning lights that left the car with no electrics. Needed new battery, alternator and auxiliary belt. All done without any fuss and over a couple of days, as the parts became available. Danny was knowledgeable and effective. He explained everything as he went along, patiently answered my questions and made a stressful situation bearable.
