    I was recommended DSB Property Designs by a family friend who had used their services. What I can say from my experience was that the advice, support from original design to sending the application to the council for permission was 1st class. At all points of the process we were kept in the loop and updated. I am pleased to say that our loft extension was finally granted permission today . I would recommend DSB Property Designs in a heartbeat.

    Thanks to David and Paul at DSB, our house is the most modern house in the street. Paul had to go through multiple design proposals with the council, as the original design was rejected saying it's too contemporary. He was very patient and happy to make amendments. The plans produced were very detailed. The builder was very impressed with the plans and he was able to easily follow it. We did not get any objections or concerns from building control inspections either.

    Dave made the whole experience doable for us and straight forward. He visited us, drew up plans and submitted them to the authorities etc and when they were agreed he also advised on a suitable builder (who was also brilliant) and Dave was also able to advise the builder if and when required. The project has turned out beautifully. Very happy.

We offer personalised advice on planning permission requirements and can give you advice on how best to ensure your project gains planning permission. The good news is that the majority of residential renovation projects fall under permitted development and may not require planning permission.
