  Conservatory Repairs

Awaiting a reply re leak in conservatory

Davinda came to repair a leak in my conservatory and my double-glazed doors. However, when it rained heavily, water leaked through both areas again. He assured me that no water would get through after his repairs and promised that if there were any further problems, he would return immediately to put things right. Unfortunately, just 10 days after he completed the work and I paid him in full, we had heavy rain and both leaks returned. I have tried calling him and left a message asking him to come back and rectify the problems, but so far he has not answered my calls. I am disappointed,

  UPVC Windows Repair

Excellent service, prompt, clean, efficient and polite.

Mr DS replied promptly to my request for help with a window which was broken in the locked position. His quote was acceptable and he arrived very quickly. He had all spare parts on his van and fixed the window and cleaned up after his work. He also fitted a new handle to another window very quickly - again he had a new handle on the van.
