communication a* 10 out of 10 until the day of job. sadly had to get someone else to do the job due to hospitalisation. would give him another chance as it's not his fault he ended up in hospital it's just a shame I needed the job doing ASAP.

An excellent experience with DS Marsh. Steve sorted the problem out with no fuss and communicated the what, why and how really clearly. After the job was done and he'd left for another one, I had a query and Steve took time to answer and fuly explain.
