Complete new central heating installation from scratch
Ross and Jack did a fantastic job installing a complete central heating system in my house, from scratch, including 7 radiators and a Baxi combination boiler. They were always punctual and polite, worked tirelessly, and completed everything on time to a very high standard and to the agreed price. They also cleared away all mess and rubbish, leaving the house clean and tidy. I’m extremely happy with the work and would wholeheartedly recommend DSM Plumbing and Heating Ltd to anyone needing plumbing or heating work. Boiler replacement
Dan responded to my post quickly, booked a visit to see if boiler could be repaired on the same day. Explained the issue, needed a new boiler, gave me options of different boilers and costs of each one. Took a deposit and booked the job in for Monday. Arrived on time, left in the property to complete the job and was finished when i got back. Completed the job in the time he said he would do it. Cleaned up, set up and explained the wireless thermostate and completed the warranty process for me sending all the necessary documents to my email address. Will send me a reminder for the service in twelve months time and cost exactly what he quoted. Really pleased with the service and the cost. Excellent professional workmanship!
We knew our boiler was beyond repair as it was a dinosaur, so when we contacted this company Dan was out within half an hour, no call out charge, and quoted us an extremely reasonable price for a replacement and installation (even deducted £100 from the price due to my dad,s vulnerabilities)! engineer came out next day to install new boiler, work was completed very quickly and professionally, took away our old boiler, tidied up and took the time to explain carefully how it worked.
