    Feeling conned

    No constant hot water, Dean quoted £1,300 for some parts/ flushing radiators, no warranty and new boiler only £2,000 and 5 year guarantee, implied that was safer option. Asked for deposit £1000 to guarantee booking in 6 days just home from a major operation, needed it fixed so paid £1,000 for new boiler, two days another plumber had a look and cost me only £600 all in . Had to fight for deposit ,only got £750 rest for time and restocking.

    Dean did a great job fitting a new boiler. He installed this with the minimum of fuss. The hot water supply wasn't disturbed and I was without heating for only one day before the change over. He is a very pleasant, conscientious person and pays a lot of attention to detail. Will recommend him.

    Dean was very polite and was happy to explain why he made decisions with the tap that he chose and why my system was not currently working as it should. He came and looked at the system before making a final decision and fully tested that the system worked before leaving. I would highly recommend! Thank you!

    Prompt reply when I phoned, he came the same day to quote for the job. Arrived when he said he would the next day to do the work. Will definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends.
