10/10 a great service received. Informative list of t&c's, fees and moving tips up front with great communication before the move and during. Swapping keys as part of a chain on the day of the move was naturally quite stressful but the loading and holding of our belongings by DS removals meant one less thing to worry about. This was very much appreciated. All with friendly hardworking guys on the job.

Van too small for amount of furniture despite 2 site visits when I raised concerns. Sofa and mattress damage as well as furniture damage. Mr S has denied all responsibility despite photographic evidence. He suggests I have fabricated the claim although suggested he would return a broken pieces found which I should glue myself. He cited that all claims are made on the day but as the men dumped the items and rushed off and we had no internet or phone for a few days this wasn't possible. The damage has cost me almost 5k in replacements. Any financial compensation would not cover anyway. AVOID.

Two guys were brilliant! Great communicaton with Douglas! the job done without any issues! Great value for money! Would definitely recommend and use again!!
