If you want brickwork doing on a chimney, go elsewhere. Unreliable, did not turn up as arranged and when they did 2 days later, they had no materials. Arrived early evening and worked until 2100 hours NOT ideal when it interrupts your evening. Andy was extremely rude speaking over me when I tried to explain they had got the WRONG sized bricks. They left a mess WE had to clean up, cement on the conservatory roof, and on the driveway. They also damaged our guttering. What was agreed in the quote was not carried out and as such the invoice had to be adjusted. NEVER AGAIN

Andy and his team were an absolute delight. Very accommodating for the few hiccups we faced along the way.

After posting the job Dean had made contact within minutes and arranged for Andy to visit and quote for the job which he did that morning. Dean is very responsive to emails and messages and only communicates when necessary. Once we had decided for them to do the work we arranged a date. The lads arrived in time and were respectful and polite. They kept us informed of what they were doing and took pictures as they went along. When finished Andy visited to make sure we were happy and did not leave until he knew we were satisfied. I would recommend Dean and Andy and would use them again.
