Dan attended as arranged. I explained the job to him which was to drain down the heating system and cap off 2 redundant radiator pipes. I then left him to the job. He then approached my 16 year old apprentice and questioned him as to whether the heating system was pressured or drained. He then said he had to go to another appointment and would return in 1 hour. He then text me 2 hours later to say he isn’t available to return for a week. He also turned off the power to my boiler without my knowledge before he left and cost me £100 to call out an emergency plumber. Absolute shocking service Dan
Response from DTP Heat
I had to attend to a family emergency in the afternoon, and let Steve know immediately that I wouldn't be able to return to the job. Steve responded to this message with an abusive comment. Steve had arrived at the job site over 30 minutes late, making me late for my other jobs for the rest of the day which is why I had to leave for another job and come back. The boiler was turned off to make it safe while I drained the system down (it was supposed to have been drained before my arrival), otherwise serious damage could have been done to the boiler. Please take the time to look at my other reviews and feedback which are almost all 10/10.
