100% recommend Doug - professional and friendly
Doug first came to my rescue a couple of months ago when my kitchen flooded. I searched on Facebook local pages for a reliable plumber. Upon contacting Doug he was here in no time , was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Whilst here I asked him to come back and replace a tap, 3 x sink wastes that had ceased, and repair a toilet cistern that was taking its time to fill up (those niggly jobs that you can live with but need doing but haven’t got a reliable plumber as the job is “too small” ) No problem for Doug though - he still came to my aid and provided outstanding service.

Bathroom rip out and fitting
We had a great experience with Doug, who recently fitted our new bathroom. From start to finish, he was professional, reliable, and took real pride in his work. The quality of the installation is excellent, and we’re really pleased with the finished result. Communication was clear throughout, he turned up when he said he would and kept everything nice and tidy! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Doug to anyone :)

Bathroom and en-suite renovation
We employed Doug to carry out the work renovating a bathroom and en-suite in our Victorian house, which threw up a few challenges, as the bathroom had to be completely re-plumbed and a gravity fed system replaced by a pressurised water tank. The work was undertaken with professionalism and attention to detail with good advice and suggestions given along the way. We are delighted that the end result fulfilled our vision for the project and would highly recommend Doug, as well as his good humour and work ethic.

Kitchen fitting - exceptional standard
Absolutely outstanding work done by Doug. When we were severely let down by a local kitchen company he stepped in and created our dream kitchen. Working methodically and liaising with various other trades people, he made sure everything was fitted and finished to an exceptionally high standard. Half way through we threw in a curve ball and asked for the utility to be installed at same time - no problems and equally high finish. 100% recommend.

Two bathrooms, one shower room and one toilet
We had two bathrooms renovated, one completely new shower room installed and one toilet renovated. The house is old, so nothing is straight nor straight forward which required a lot of flexibility and problem solving. Doug was always helpful, reliable and excellent at communicating with us. Would definitely recommend him and will use him again.
