Doug was a good listener, who refreshed our house very well.
Doug visited prior to taking on the decorating task for the house. Lovely man, who listened well to our requirements and gave us a few sensible suggestions. Whilst doing the work, he kept us up to date on progress - and also helped us find a plumber to replace a radiator. Doug and DTR Home Improvement Services - very highly recommended.
The headline: Doug did an absolutely terrific job and my windows are transformed. I needed 10 sash windows redecorating, inside and out. The windows are approx 150 years old and have an unusual design. A difficult job, time consuming job; of several traders who looked at it, only Doug gave me a (very reasonable) quote. Doug did the redecorating with painstaking care and attention to detail. He kept to schedule and within quote. I had complete confidence in giving him keys. He tidied each day.
