I booked a service for my boiler. Jamie arrived on time. He introduced himself. Explained what he was going to do etc. Extremely helpful, when I asked questions. Jamie also explained about the service plan,the benefits of having the plan. I went ahead and organized the plan which suits my needs for the boiler. They service my boiler every year. Jamie is a real asset to the company, professional, friendly & polite. Please pass on my thanks.

He arrived on time, communicated really well throughout, quickly identified and fixed the leak on our bath, and left everything clean and pristine when the job was finished. Friendly, professional and clearly takes pride in his work. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you very much – highly recommended!

Turned up on time and removed one horizontal radiator before installing a vertical one. Overall pleased with the job and would use DTS again.
