The work was completed. The team were very efficient ablng kept me informed at each stage.... That's the good bit. Communication from DTS leaves much to be desired. It is left to the Computer system to automatically email folks. At 7pm I received an auto email telling me that my appointment for the following day had changed from pm to Amsterdam i had to be home by 8am the next morning. I had planned a PM appointment as I knew I would not be at home, i therefore cut short my evening and rushed home to be available at 8am Good accurate and timely communication is needed. Pick up the phone !!

DTS were prompt and professional, keeping me updated in the lead up to the installation date. The quote was straight forward, using whatsapp video meang they didn't have to call out. Provided me with a few options which I was able to select with a few clicks. Sam completed the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Really happy with the result.

We've had DTS out now for a few separate jobs now - a leaking toilet repair, a new shower/bath combo tap fitting and a boiler service. Every time we've used them someone has been sent out promptly and the job has been completed to a high standard and quality. All communications with the office and the workmen have been very friendly and helpful, offering us advice and detailed visibility over what work has taken place. I doubt we'll look elsewhere when we more work doing, as they're great value and seem reliable.

Very professional interaction from the original request, through communication of the job, agreed timing for the job, then regular communication and specialist arrived on time. Friendly knowledgeable and efficient specialist who left the job done and clean. Would certainly recommend this company to anybody.

had to 2 quotes for same job at £250. DTS quoted over £1000. luckily I'm clued up. other people may pay this unknowingly and be completely deceived. bad form
