  TV Aerial / Satellite Installation

  Need qualified satellite installer to replace Sky dish at 3‑bed end terrace, UB2.

  Darryl, the owner, came out to replace my elderly Parents satellite dish and did an excellent job from start to finish. He was respectful, mindful and professional throughout, and carried out the work to a very high standard. He kept me in the loop the whole time, explaining what he was doing and why, so I actually learned quite a bit about satellite installation as well. We had a good chat and he’s a really interesting guy. The system now works perfectly with no more pixelation or dropouts, and all three TV points are getting a strong, stable signal. The area was left tidy and everything was weather‑sealed neatly. I’m not a regular Checkatrade user, but if this is anything to go by, any future jobs will definitely be booked through Checkatrade. Highly recommend Darryl for any satellite dish or related digital work – great communication, great workmanship, great bloke and a fair price. Thank You Darryl.

  Help to fix my TV Recorder

  I had reason to contact Darryl this evening because the recorder for my TV suddenly stopped working. I thought it was the batteries in the remote control but changing them didn't help. I contacted Darryl who was SO helpful. He gave me some advice with a simple suggestion to see if that worked. I tried it and it worked!!! I was so pleased and very grateful and that was without a call out. I will DEFINITELY use him again if I have any problems with my tv.

  Daryl was very prompt at answering my call initially and even called me straight back when the signal dropped out. He came out the very next day to fix a problem with an exchange box in the aerial system. The price was suggested before arrival based on the info I was able to give, and on inspection his remote diagnosis was completely correct so the price was honoured. This was to repair a signal issue at a vulnerable, elderly and housebound gentleman’s home, I had to leave Daryl there to finish off and he made sure the gentleman was happy and he left the house secure on leaving. 1st class 👌
