The house exterior was re- rendered and repainted which is still managing to resist the harsh weather three years since. Also tiling to the conservatory floor and dry lining the walls and painting. Bathroom wall re-rendered, re- tiled, new Grohe shower valve fitted, double shower cubicle fitted and painting. Kitchens ceiling fitted with coving and painted. Bedrooms redecorated. Repaired guttering issues.
