"Unsafe, Incompetent, and Unresponsive – My Frustrating Experience with Durham Electric"
In August, I lost power and called Plus Heat insurance, who appointed Durham Electric. After 3 days, their engineer eventually arrived but couldn’t find the fault, didn’t allocate enough time, and left the system in an unsafe condition. After weeks of poor communication and no follow-up, I hired a local electrician who fixed it within an hour. Durham Electric failed in fault-finding and customer service, leaving my home unsafe. Electrical socket installation
Fantastic service, requested additional sockets to be installed within the garage, specifically for brewing equipment with high voltage requirment. Trader installed 2 addition outlets, with direct connect to mains allowing for 13A power within required locations.
