Durhams did several jobs for me in early June. They fitted a new Worcester Bosch boiler with a 12-year warranty; sorted out a blocked radiator, replaced a bathroom towel rail/radiator with a more efficient one; replaced all my thermostatic radiator valves and fitted a device that diverts excess solar power to heat my hot water. All work was carried out very professionally over two days. The best part was that Rob, the engineer, managed to solve a really annoying rattle in the system which had eluded engineers from other companies over many years. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Durhams have installed a an entirely new bathroom . All aspects of their service was first class from initial visit to ascertain our requirements, through the design and quotation process, which was uncomplicated. They agreed a programme to suit our holiday calendar and completed a day later, as agreed. As usual with Durhams all of their craftsmen were not only highly skilled but friendly and helpful One slight hiccup was dealt with over the weekend , assistance arrived 15 minutes after my phone call. Annual boiler service, new bathroom sink taps fitted and a radiator leak repaired. Engineer arrived on time, all work completed with no issues and everywhere left clean and tidy and at what I consider to be a really fair price.

After putting out the job on checkertrade we had a reply from Nikki asking about what was required and a photo of the work needed to be replaced, after recieving a quote for the work ,we accepted the the price offered , the work is carried out efficiently by Durhams plumber and his mate ,they did a very good job and left the area clean and tidy,we have now booked them to carry out another job for us and hope it will be done as well as the first job. Durhams seem like a friendly firm with good reviews from their customers, very pleased so far.

A first class experience from start to finish. Having a boiler, radiators fitted with other jobs over the week, each person who worked with us was professional and meticulous about making sure everthing was right. I was very impressed with the several young guys who worked on our job, were very professional and certainly a credit to your company. Very hard working, and didn't stop! Every time I have rung the office I have always been treated courteously and sorted quickly. Will definitely recommend and definitely be using again when needed.

New gas boiler fitted. Excellent service and all staff were highly professional and helpful. Highly recommended.
