Sam worked hard for me for fair charges, every time I needed him. He listened and took instruction well, and gave me the customer exactly what I asked for! His is always courteous, and classy in his approach to work. Fair minded too, always good when adding to jobs originally envisaged as they crop up. Will try his best to accommodate time deadlines, even if he has to work late sometimes. His customers and their job satisfaction really matter to him. Will use him over and over again, no hesitation. Cute accent too, and willing lunch guinea-pig for my curry recipes! All good.

The whole process was excellent. Sam came to my property when he said he would, sent me a quote shortly later the same day. A reasonable price was agreed and Sam did the work to an excellent standard, coming out when he said he would and keeping me updated throughout.
