Lovely, friendly couple who work as a team. They arrive on time, or let me know beforehand if there’s a change to their start time. They work quickly and efficiently using their own equipment and cleaning products. Would happily recommend them to anyone looking for anything from a one-off to a regular house clean.

Started using Dustaway on the 24.06.2023 for a house clean. They turned up 1 hour late for the initial visit but I let this go. A regular clean was booked for the Tuesday. On the 18.07.23 they again were an hour late. August visit OK. The next visit was then booked for Wednesday 13.09.23. They didn't turn up but messaged and asked if they could reschedule for Friday 15.09.23 at 14.00 - they didn't turn up. No message was received and still no contact as at 17.09.2023. So out of the 4 visits booked with them, they turned up late for 3 of the visits. This is so not acceptable. Bye, bye
