I highly recommend DVM Roofing. They fixed my roof very professionally and completed the work in a very quick time. They showed me clear before-and-after pictures so I could easily see the problem and the excellent results after the repair. I also really appreciated their kindness and honesty. I was short of £200 and told them I needed to do a cash out, but they said it was fine and gave me some flexibility instead. That level of understanding and customer care means a lot nowadays. Honesty & Value
DVM Roofing inspected my spongy dormer roof and clearly explained the damage. They recommended EPDM rubber and were never pushy. They arrived on time and worked non-stop. After stripping the felt, they found more rot than expected; they shared video footage of the damage and fixed it all. Despite the extra work, they actually lowered the original quote as a goodwill gesture! The roof looks great, comes with a 30-year guarantee, and they left the site spotless.
