Seagulls had wrecked the top lining of my outbuilding and rain was getting in. Tried my usual roofers but they never got back to me. Dwelling Roofing was recommended on my local facebook page so I contacted Brian. He got straight back and arranged a time to view my damaged roof. He came promptly and quoted for the work. I accepted the quote we arranged a date and the lads arrived bang on time. Work completed to a very high standard and a very tidy job including waste removal. Brian and Dan are two lovely lads who immediately put you at ease and were a pleasure to come and do the job. 10/10!

Brian and his team repaired a range of awkward leaks and problems on a new house purchase. They were quick and professional and suggested good solutions to avoid having to do a full reroof. They seem very experienced and trustworthy, and the house is now water tight!

Flat roof to my kitchen and garage fully renewed with a rubber finish. All pipework and boiler flue were removed and refitted to ensure a fully waterproof seal. I was highly satisfied with the professionalism and attitude of all the Dwelling Roofing team from the estimate being clearly set out and followed. The work was undertaken to a very high standard with top quality materials and without any fuss or issues .The workforce were very efficient, friendly and courteous. Everything was tidied up as they went along and on completion. We are very happy with the end result and highly recommend.

Brian & the team completed an exceptional job on our warm insulation dormer flat roof replacement. Excellent communication, Brian’s prompt, honest guidance and support kept us informed. Managed like clockwork, from setup, through the quality build construction, to inspection and immaculate tidy up. Contacted Brian for a quotation to replace two broken roof tiles which was provided the same day. Had the job booked in the following day and was informed that it would be sorted asap. I was then contacted by one of his team two days later to confirm if it was ok to visit and carry out the work. They arrived within the time specified and carried out the work quickly and without fuss. I have used this company previously to repair my garage roof a couple of years ago which was leaking and they will be my go to again in the future if further work is required.

We had to have a full roof replacement for our new home. The Dwelling Roofing team did a terrific job, and were always professional, courteous, and as undisruptive as possible, which was great as both me and my wife work from home. Really could not recommend this company more highly, extremely nice and do the work swiftly and safely.
