    Radiator Installation

    Hanging a tall radiator

Derek responded to my job request very quickly and contacted me on Whatsapp. We arranged a time for him to come and view our challenge, as we had tried and failed to hang it! He was happy to do the work, explained what he would need to do and then provided a quote that evening. We agreed a date and time and there was always good communication. i would highly recommend Derek, for his work ethic, professionalism, friendliness and leaving a tidy site. I just need to redcorate the wall now! We're very happy with the work he has completed and advice he gave, and would happily book him again.

Fitting shower, replacing stuck radiator lock shield, and fitting replacement water tank thermometer

We had a very good experience with prompt communications, arriving on the job when agreed, keeping to the agreed quote and a friendly manner. We would definitely use the company again.

    Leak repair

My plumber was able to diagnose the source of the issue immediately and explain it to me. He instantly knew the resolution and repaired it on the visit. I can confirm the work was successful and I’m very satisfied with the outcome.

    Highly recomended !!

The job was replacing a leaky hot water cylinder in a rental property. D West & Sons called me to duscuss the job. Nobody else did that. The work was done quickly, with no mess. Derek tested the control system and identified that the cylinder thermostat was not working. He replaced it as part of the job. He also cleaned out the Magnaclean filter and made sure that all parts of the system were working and properly bled out before he was satisfied that it was all OK. From now on, I'll use D West & Sons for all our plumbing work.
