Annual check/servicing of gas boiler and CH system

Central heating plus fitting of new bathroom taps after a quick diagnostic on a previous day
I have used Dominic Wyles Gas Installations and Services on several occasions primarily to service my gas boiler and central heating but happy to do quick plumbing jobs too. NEW BOILER NEEDED URGENTLY
Annual Boiler inspection Saturday. Boiler condemned. At Risk household now has no heat or hot water. Searched for Vaillant/Glow Worm boilers. One of their registered installers was D Wiles. Received quote Sunday. Accepted. Told he would arrive 8 am Wednesday. After installation, testing etc Dom and Steve were gone by 2 pm. All rubbish, waste materials, old boiler etc were removed and taken away. (He had even brought an electric heater in case extra warmth was needed!) Installed new hot water tank. Replaced all radiators in house.
Dom responded quickly to my call, arrived within the time scale he gave. Fully assessed the whole heating system and advised on solution. Quotes arrived quickly and fully explained. Boiler repair
Dominic was brilliant. I had an issue with my boiler and no hot water or heating, he offered to come out within a few hours and the boiler was repaired within 24 hours. He was clear on instructions for things to check for myself, he was clear and helpful in the direction of my insurance, boiler type, parts etc. he repaired the boiler first time and explained why the repair was needed and the next steps needed taking. I couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone. Professional, friendly, approachable and more than reasonable pricing.Job location: BA9
