Excellent service and communication. 5 star ++

David was very quick to respond with an initial quote and confirm a date for installation that he kept to. He carried out the works and called a couple of times to explain what he was doing and how the system worked which was extremely useful and I am not used to Ring. Following the works, he has also emailed asking about whether I need any further help understanding the security system which is a good touch.

Excellent quality and standard. From initial contact to completion was a pleasure to engage and reliable electrician. He ensured I had a clear understanding of the options for the installation and was both very prompt and flexible in being able to complete the work resulting in an extremely quick turnaround and delivery ahead of schedule. I would defiantly recommend and will be using again.

I couldn't recommend David enough. After speaking to around 3 or 4 different people and waiting several months to try and get this small job done, I decided to try one more person. David came over the same day I called him, and fixed everything there and then in just under an hour!!! his rate was very reasonable, and he clearly knew what he was doing and got on with the job. He was very pleasant, friendly and tidy and even had time to look at my outside light which wasn't working quite right. I will definitely use him for all my electrical needs going forward.
