I had a reply from this firm within 10 minutes of my request going out. They turned up within the hour and replaced the lock on my door. You can’t ask for better service than that. Excellent job. 5 stars

These people (husband and wife team) have got to be the friendliest, most helpful people ever. They responded really quickly to my call for help and were with me sooner than they estimated. The job was completed (under some difficult situations) very quickly. No payment was accepted until I had tested the completed work. This included a new lock fitted and the entire locking system oiled. I honestly couldn't be happier and would recommend them really highly.

They were very swift and reliable and went above and beyond by sorting out my door frame as well. Very fairly priced too.
