Dean was amazing. He fitted our job in 1st the next day. Arrived promptly and got straight onto the job. We had purchased the wrong tap for existing plumbing and Dean explained this very clearly. I ordered a new tap from Screw Fix (with Deans advice) he went to collect this, then returned and fitted the tap. Dean worked efficiently and was very clean and tidy. He was reliable, arriving when he said he would, price was as quoted by phone the previous evening, no ‘hidden’ extras and he was friendly and approachable answering all questions so I understood what he was doing. Dean answered the phone very quickly, we discussed what was happening which was a leak. I explained there was water dripping down the wall from where the shower is. He said he could pop round on the same day and he let me know when he was on his way. He immediately found the issue and rectified it and the leak has now stopped! He was very informative, polite and knowledgeable. His prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend him for anyone's plumbing needs.

DW Plumbing & Heating fitted our new bathroom to a high standard. They turned up when they said they would, kept everything tidy, and talked us through each stage of the job. They were professional, polite, and clearly take pride in their work. Great value for money, excellent workmanship, and an all-round top job.

Our flexible hose snapped in our cloakroom WC and had to make an emergency call out on Easter Sunday evening. Dean arrived within 15 mins and undertook a temporary repair. He returned on the Tuesday with necessary parts and within 1.5 hours he had completed the necessary repairs.

Dean was fast, reliable and tried to keep costs down as I had called him out on Good Friday. He stopped the leak and made good within the hour saving me significant costs. He came back a few days later and completely fixed my issue and he always ensured he cleaned up after!!! I feel at ease knowing I can contact Dean whenever I need a plumber in the future as I trust him and his work!

Dean came round on emergency call out to replace a leaking Flexi hose in the bathroom. He was very neat and efficient, got the part changed with minimal fuss. Happy to come out on a late evening emergency and excellent communication when roadworks made him take longer than expected. Will definitely approach for other routine work. Very pleased.
