DONT USE D W PLUMBERS AT ROCHESTER.
I phoned & spoke to Richard (who said he was the Boss) about my motorised valve that needs replacing. I said I had one replaced a year ago & felt vunerable as previous plumber charged me a lot. I gave Richard a breakdown of the prices charged & he said he would look after me & it would be around £150. I asked when he was free & he said he would send someoene that very day 9th Jan 2026 around 12noon. The young plumber was held up & will be with me by 1,30pm, Well the plumber arrived 1.37pm & left at 4,30pm. Richard charged me £414 (double of what I paid before). He used my vunerability.

Radiator relocation
Dave moved my radiator in the bedroom. Happy with the result. Dave recommended the radiator that would suit the room and also bought all the supplies, including the radiator itself. Since then Dave has done some other bits and pieces for me in the bathroom, all to a great standard.
