Great service from these guys, super friendly and explained every step of the process, old tv aerial dislodged in storm and pulled a tile up, replaced tile and disposed of the old aerial at no extra cost.

New plastics works and felt work

DWS has done all of my fascia soffits and guttering also stripped the first meter of felt front and back replaced with new breathable membrane treated batons and felt support trays. This work was carried out very high. Standard price was very competitive wouldn’t hesitate to recommend many thanks, Simon

  A new roof

DWS quoted for replacing the roof lining at the eaves, but as the roof was nearly 70 years old it needed to be stripped completely. DWS fixed new lining and new soffits, fascias and guttering, and refixed the tiles with dryline fixing on the ridges. We have the work guaranteed for a very fair price.

Excellent value, fast service and great communication.

Originally called to repair a leak, they found the felt and battens were rotten and needed replacing. Their quote for the full job, including scaffolding, was less than half some others I received. Despite being very busy, they fitted me in at short notice and completed everything within three weeks of first contact. They arranged scaffolding and materials and removed all waste afterwards. Communication was excellent, with prompt responses whenever I had questions. Very impressed with the price, speed and service. I would happily use them again and have already recommended them to others.

Entire roof felt and battening, replacement ridge, verges, chimney work, replacement soffits/facias

David and James have been amazing. Very professional and friendly. Delivered on what they promised and within the time frame stated. The team of guys were super. James explained everything to me and kept me informed every step of the way, providing videos and photos to help me understand the issues. Brilliant communication, very patient when liaising with other parties. All work completed very efficiently, given the changing nature of the job from the original request, and they left the property clean and tidy. Will definitely use again if services required and highly recommend to others.

  I would recommend

DWS called me, gave me a quote and arrived to do the work when they said they would. They were friendly, knowledgeable and gave my roof a check over. I would use these guys again if I needed to and I would recommend them to others
