Unprofessional company, used many excuses for their poor work. Left me all weekend with a board infront of that large hole in october with kids in the house, it was freezing. Drew on bricks instead of using actual bricks to brick up the wall. Caught on my ring camera proud of his drawn on bricks. Contacted them about the planning permisision needing adjusted or it will be rejected and they have avoided contacting me back. Used a garden slab for a window sil. Overall horrendous experience

They quoted me for a garden room size they don’t provide, didn’t inform me, and ordered the closest size instead - claiming it would be the same m², which it wasn’t. It was too small and a different style than ordered. They also promised specific groundwork but later refused, damaged my property, and left the ground screws after removing the structure, making my garden unsafe for my children! Despite all this, they’ve taken £10,000 of my money and are avoiding discussions about a refund. Avoid this company at all costs!

Day of fitting was delayed as a flaw was spotted in glass. Well spotted. Arrived when said, fitting was quicker than expected. Tidy work and finish was really good. Steven and William were pleasant and professional. Thanks guys. Quality of the door was better than expected and is fitted with yale locks.

This company are fab, really friendly, not pushy sales and kept me updated from start to finish, from girls in the office, surveyor and install. I had new french doors installed anthracite and they are lovely, great service, great work and super tidy. I know they do other jobs and will defo go to them for my next project. Thanks all :)
