10Verified ReviewWith no warning on a Sunday evening a water pipe under the sink burst. Excellent advice given over the phone and an engineer arranged. Engineer called with am ETA and arrived at that time. Engineer was very professional, polite and caring. From the pipe bursting to it being replaced and fully repaired was less than 2 hours, fantastic service for a Sunday night.

10Verified ReviewWe asked the engineer to repair a leak on the valve. At the same time he replaced the valve, which was no longer functioning to control the temperature of the towel rail. The new valve is easier to operate than the old one. The engineer finally went round the house checking that all radiators were free of air.
