Fantastic speedy efficient response. Really customer focused. They went the extra mile to check dimensions and that so apertures and backplates would fit the existing holes and installation. Arrived early completed the job and tested and were perfect. Will be using this company again as my home maintenance preferred supplier for all plumbing matters.

Had an emergency job where my cylinder was leaking through my ceiling, called dyno rod and they responded very quickly, isolated the leak and returned in quick time to replace, the engineer was very helpful throughout and explained everything that was going on, also was very patient with me as I had 100 question I wanted to ask but dyno was very very helpful. Thank you

the engineer came out within 2 days, quoted to supply and fit new kitchen taps, i accepted straight away, the taps came quickly and the engineer was very professional and super polite, i will definitely be using them again and 100% recommend
