  Blocked drain

  Called to unblock drain at fixed cost. When the chap attended he was unable to unblock it and was instead more interested in selling me a rat cap and a survey of my drains - all I wanted was my drain cleared. As I didn’t want to pay for more services I didn’t want, he seem to get stroppy and said he couldn’t clear it and left - despite me paying for the clearance. I called the office and was told that the costs already incurred would stand as a call out fee. In the end, I spoke with neighbour who said issue was actually Thames Waters responsibility which it was - beware, cowboy outfit!

  Kitchen sink blockage

  I may have almost cleared the blockage myself with all the products I had put in the sink! But the engineer who came vacuumed out the visible pipes and all is well now! Thank you Gary.

  No work carried out

  You made a appointment sent me a text and when I tried to find out what time I might expect someone round? Only to be met by the rudest call handler who said I dont have a appoint and passed me through to another rude call handler. Never again.
