    Beware! No guarantee for work done

    We called Dyno-Rod out to a holiday let we manage. The engineer attended quickly, let us know the blockage was cleared however the next guest was in the next day, they called us within 10 minutes of checking in to let us know the blockage was still there. When we contacted dyno-rod they told us they could not warrant the work because of the type of plumbing and there would be an additional call out charge for them to go again. I told them nobody had used the toilet since and that we weren't told of the absence of a guarantee at the time, they weren't interested. Terrible customer service

    Rip off

    One engineer arrived on site and spent an hour trying to avoid doing anything. Then another engineer arrived and used our microwave to heat his lunch before starting work. In the end they said they couldn't unblock the drain. Dyno rod then wanted to charge £500 plus for two hours work!

    It was really easy to book an appointment online and the engineer was able to come the next day. Warren James, the engineer was very friendly and professional and sorted the problem quickly!

    Blocked bath and basins

    Called Dynarod on 17.12.2024 about blocked domestic bath and basins and received a booking for 20.12.2024 08:00-13:00, as our household of 6 was low priority. They did not attend. I called at 13:00 they insisted they were close. At 15:00 they “were on our road”. At 16:00 they realised they had made an error with two bookings on the same street name, apologised and promised a priority visit on Sunday 22.12.24. Waited in all day again - no visit. Called Monday 23.12.2024 no answer. Avoid.

    Horrible customer experience

    After booking engineer 1 week in advance no one turned up. Rebooked because was promised that following week they would attend. Same thing again, waited all day at home and no one turned up. Person on the phone kept saying engineer was “1h away” for the whole day. Extremely unhelpful team. DO NOT book
