Asim and Mason arrived earlier than expected which was very much appreciated. They were extremely professional, friendly and informative about what they were going to do and what the cost would be. I have used Drain Doctor before and I knew that they would sort out the issue. They did so after a lot of perseverance and communication with us and a neighbour. Once the problem was rectified they identified using the camera system what they believe the problem to be. Thanks again for your prompt and professional service.

Fantastic service from Asim from the Rochdale branch. Asim was exceptionally courteous, professional and explained everything clearly and why he would do something. The job was particularly troublesome to clear, but Asim persevered and got there. It was an education. As a senior manager in customer service I recognise excellent customer service when I experience it, customer service of the highest standards. Thank you. Another mention to Nic, excellent communications and waited less than 24 hours for the engineer to call. 10/10, would use again and recommend to friends and family.

I rang on behalf of my 80 year old mum who was having water seeping into her house through drains and plug holes. The lovely receptionist (Nicola) booked an appointment and shifted other jobs around to fit my mum in so it would be as early as they can The 2 lads turned up and were very polite, hard working and very professional. They sourced the blockage and rectified it and even reported on repairs that will need doing in the near future. Would highly recommend Drain Doctor and definitely give it 10/10. Thank you so much

Job was done and working now. BUT on arrival I was quoted £370 to clear the outside drainage, £70 of that installing a rubber bung on the outside pipe (i suggest cutting a circle yourself & save £70). The works started, part way through they needed to grab a metal spinning thing to break the blockage. I was never told that was an extra charge. Towards the end, then quoted £540 which was a saving of the £250 which should have been out on, for grabbing a tool and using it. What am I supposed to do? Say no? You’ve already used it, essentially miss sold. I phoned up after, then told it’s £480.

Very efficient from initial call to completion of job. Was told that someone would be able to call round that same afternoon and that they would ring to say when they were on their way. Within the hour had a call to say they'd be there in 20 mins and they were. Alex was very polite and informative, explaining everything that was happening and what needed to be done. Cleared the blocked drain and showed us via CCTV that it was clear. He also cleared up after. Very happy with the service and how Alex dealt with everything. No hesitation in recommending this company.
