Structural Survey
I contacted Edris to get a quote for a project for my house. He came to visit us and gave us a quote which, I felt was a fair price. He answered all my questions honestly and respectfully. After we decided to go ahead with Edris he sent us the plans before the date agreed. He was happy to answer any questions we had on these. Edris worked with our architect. He has been prompt in responding to text messages and emails. We finally appointed a builder and currently during our build Edris has been happy to answer any queries. Would definitely recommend Edris and use him for any other projects.
Wall and chimney removal
From the point of initial enquiry to the delivered calculations and drawings the service has been exceptional, Edris has been not only speedy with the service but so attentive with the details. The pricing is extremely fair, the service is nothing short of perfect and the quality of work delivered is of the highest level. Cannot recommend highly enough! Advice on structural repairs
Excellent service and support. As a first time buyer trying to understand the extent of repairs required, Edris was incredibly helpful and the thorough report clearly outlined all necessary detail to support quotes and instruct builders. Edris was very helpful in explaining what issues actually needed to be addressed as a matter of priority vs. ‘nice to haves’. He was very responsive and was willing to have several subsequent follow ups to make sure everything was clear and all questions were addressed. Honest, direct advice and would highly recommend, especially for first time buyers.

Home extension
We have used the structural services of E&f Engineering Ltd for our home extension, and it has been brilliant service from the start. The turnaround was super quick and I was communicated at all times, potential issues with our plan was picked up, offered alternative solutions and very transparent throughout the whole process. The job was completed without any delays and to a very high standard, was relieved when the building control approved all drawings and calculations. Very happy with the service and would gladly recommend without hesitation.
