In May 2019, E&P assessed our bathroom and eventually provided a (sketchy) quote. We promised to contact them again as soon as funding was in place. We kept our promise and returned to E&P but were then strung along for MONTHS with a variety of excuses separated by long stretches of silence. Eventually, E&P offered to return for a re-quote saying they were still keen to do the work. They cancelled the day before their visit, promised to call the following Monday, but never did. We kept our promise, they defaulted on theirs. Such an appalling way to treat a prospective customer.

Very professional service from start to finish. We were consulted throughout the work. Nothing was too much trouble for Simon Hurst. He did a brilliant job and we're well pleased.

Work was done to a very high standard, even more impressive given the number of other trades that had to be worked around. Would highly recommend.

We had a new downstairs cloakroom fitted and are so so pleased with the end result. Simon was an absolute dream to work with, really professional, tidy, and reliable and super helpful sourcing products and working with our ideas. Everything has been finished to such a high standard, Simon clearly has a great eye for detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him, and really can’t fault his professionalism and level of workmanship.

I am thrilled with my new bathroom! Simon was great in every aspect : reliable, professional, trustworthy, polite, has amazing attention to detail and is enthusiastic. He always returned my texts and calls very promptly too. His team of plumbers, electricians and plasterer were great too! I was away for the second week and happily left Simon the house key. I would definitely recommend E&P Bathrooms

We’re so pleased that we found Simon; he’s an incredibly hard worker with a real eye for detail and we’re delighted with the standard of work he’s done for us in both the ensuite and downstairs toilet. Most days we’d left for work before Simon arrived and returned home after he’d finished for the day but every evening he’d be in touch to keep us fully informed and up-to-date with the job and if we ever had can’t questions he’d reply very promptly. We can’t recommend Simon highly enough and when we get round to updating our main bathroom he’ll definitely be the person we use.
