  Recently my wife and I, had EarlyBirdRoofing&BuildingLtd Roofing carry out works on our home. We required a leak to be fixed from storm damage, and a garage roof to be re-tiled. Works were carried out to such a high standard, all done within the dates stated with minimal disruption to my wife and I.This is the second time we have used EarlyBirdRoofing&BuildingLtd and we'd have no hesitation to use them again, couldn't recommend enough.

  I've dealt with a lot of roofers over the last 20yrs and I've learned that when you find a good one it's worth sticking with them. The best ones aren't the cheapest but because they do it right first time they're definitely the best value in the long run. All the above applies to Gary and his son company EarlyBirdRoofing&BuildingLtd. Gary diagnosed the problems, set a clear schedule and stuck by it. Was easy to work with when we encountered a few access issues to the neighbours to put up scaffolding. The work was started and completed on time and Gary’s staff were clear and transparent about

  Flat Roof Replacement

  Gary and his team were fantastic. They replaced two flat roofs for us that were cracked and leaking, and fixed any other issues they found like the rotten ply wood under, some broken tiles and guttering brackets. Gary is very honest and kind, it’s a pleasure to work with a trustworthy trade. He was able to schedule us quickly knowing we had an active leak. They provided videos at the start and end to show the works and left the site clean and tidy. We have no hesitation in recommending EarlyBirdRoofing&BuildingLtd, and we will absolutely be using them in the future.
