My initial weekend enquiry was answered within imediately. No effort was spared to provide valuable information, and education regarding the ins and outs of solar systems. It was apparent from the start that Andrew was extremely experienced & professional, more interested in ensuring that we had the most suitable system to meet our needs than trying to optimise sales of unnecessary equipment. He made every effort to ensure that we understood what was being recommended, and we were not subjected to the slightest sales pressure. The installation took 4 days, absolutely perfect. I reached out to 5 providers, Andrew was the first to reply. He undertook a home visit and discussed my unusual requirements, 8 panels on the roof and 8 panels on my office in the back garden. The next day I received the quote, the price was no different to others advertised so I agreed. I agreed because of Andrew and his no pressure but knowledgeable approach. Andrew came and had a look at my requirements, these were not straight forward as I required 8 panels on the roof and 8 panels on my office roof. I received a quote the next day and following some questions and answers we agreed and signed the contract. The price was about the same from what I could see on line, but I was swung not just by the price but Andrew and his no nonsense personal approach. Having taken multiple quotes, these guys stood out. Andy took the time to understand our needs at survey, carried out by himself. He offered a better solution no others had, at a lower price without compromise, with a Give Energy battery. We had access issues with an awkward neighbour, Andy did everything he could and then redesigned the system around the problem. Andy and Harry were great. Ran through all the options before work started to ensure the setup was right for us. Dealt with several curve balls from manufacturers, suppliers and SSE to still complete works as planned. Took extra time to ensure all cabling was routed out of view and left place immaculate having done so. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I entered into a contract with Earth Electrical (Southern) for the design and installation of a 4kW solar panel array on the roof of my house. The company delivered an excellent outcome and I will recommend them. I will highlight 3 things that the company did especially well: 1. Worked with me to progressively improve the design after contract signature so that we made optimum use of the available roof space. 2.
