I used Earthly Renewables Ltd for plumbing and heating work. While the work was completed, I experienced ongoing issues afterwards. Communication was slow, with replies often taking around a week. They returned several times to fix leaks, but the bathroom sink continued to leak. After over a month with no response, another plumber found the waste had been cross-threaded, excessive silicone used, and the waste pipe left unsecured, meaning the trap had to be replaced. I have since noticed leaks from a radiator and the kitchen sink. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this company.
