Contacted Earth Plumbing and Heating this morning regarding a bathroom leak. Within minutes they replied were able to diagnose the problem from a short video. Notified me when they were en- route. Very courteous and polite. They went straight to work to fix the problem and completed it within an hour. Communication, professionalism and thoroughness all spot on. No hesitation working with these guys in the future.
