    Stuart arrived on time and managed to open a door which had its security mechanism failed. Very reasonable price, very fast results. Would definitely recommend and will use again if I need to in the future.

    Replacing lock cylinders

    Excellent service & extremely efficient. I rang Stuart on a Saturday & he arrived promptly on the Monday to replace 2 locks. He also assisted in repairing the springs on some internal doors as well as then returning to repair a back door look. He kept me informed about what was needed & the price, throughout his work & he was polite & totally reliable. I have no hesitation in recommending his services. Thank you very much.

    High security mortise lock failure, unable to get into property.

    High security Mortice lock wouldn’t unlock, called Eastbourne Locksmiths direct, Stuart turned up within 20 mins on a late Friday afternoon. He worked solidly for 90 mins, and gained access. Sigh of relief from family and dogs all waiting to go home. Minimal damage caused, and the fee was extremely reasonable. You’re in the lap of the Gods, price wise and I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely recommend 100%, honest tradesman. Thank you Stuart.

    Jammed lock fix

    I had a quick response after posting the job here, few messages about details and address. He arrived in time as discussed and assessed the situation. He informed me that there are several ways to address the problem and he will start with the least invasive one. He got the door open and identified the issue with a faulty lock mechanism and offered on site solution replacement. Less than an hour the job was successfully completed. Friendly, professional and I would recommend his services.

We are a small friendly and trustworthy business based in the Eastbourne area offering a 24 hour locksmith service. We specialise in fitting of extra locks, UPVC door repairs and servicing (most parts kept in stock) free security surveys to make sure your property is as safe and secure as possible and up to insurance standards. 

Our van is fully stocked, so no nipping off for parts ( we can cut extra keys on site). All work is carried out to insurance standards. 

When you call you will speak to me and not a call centre. I aim to get your problem dealt with the same day where possible as I know the security of your home is important!

I cover Eastbourne, Polegate, Bexhill, Battle, Hailsham, Seaford, Lewes and all the Surrounding areas
